I’m currently developing a short film about growing up under the shadow of recurring conflict in southern Israel. Based on my own experience—starting with my first war at age 11 in 2009—the film explores the quiet emotional survival of children: the need to appear strong while carrying fear and confusion inside.
Blending realism with moments of imagination, the story reflects how kids create a sense of safety in unsafe environments, and how that shapes them long after the war ends.
The Cookie Thief is a short, cozy, and charming story about a little girl on a mischievous mission: to sneak a cookie from the jar without anyone noticing. The only problem? She’s too short to reach it! Determined and full of imagination, she comes up with a series of funny and creative ways to get her hands on the prize.
Deserted is a concept art piece for an original short film. It follows a young woman who, after accidentally revealing her powers to her father, is forced to flee her tribe. A confrontation ends in tragedy — she believes she has killed him, but the truth may be far more complex. The story explores themes of exile, identity, and the blurred line between guilt and survival.
